Aircraft for Every Kind of Trip
A two-person hop to Chicago and a 12-passenger flight to the West Coast call for very different aircraft. We start with your route, your group and your bags, then suggest the cabin that fits without paying for more jet than you need. Turboprop charter and light jet charter suit shorter regional flights, while midsize and super-midsize jets add range and standing room. Heavy jet charter covers long-range and larger groups, and empty leg flights offer one-way seats on aircraft already repositioning.

Turboprop Charter
Efficient, pressurized turboprops for regional trips of a few hundred miles, quoted point to point with every fee included.

Light Jet Charter
A fast, efficient jet for small groups on trips of roughly one to three hours, priced one way with an all-inclusive quote.

Midsize Jet Charter
A cabin you can stand in, an enclosed lavatory and range for most of the country, priced one way with every fee shown up front.

Super-Midsize Jet Charter
A stand-up cabin, room for eight to ten passengers and the range to reach either coast nonstop, quoted point to point with no round-trip pricing.

Heavy Jet Charter
Stand-up cabins, room for larger groups and the range for coast-to-coast or overseas flights, quoted all-inclusive with no round trip pricing.

Empty Leg Flights
Fly one way on an aircraft already repositioning along your route, with a clear all-inclusive quote and honest notes on how fixed the timing is.
What Goes Into Charter Pricing
A charter price starts with the aircraft and how long it flies, then a few trip details on top. Understanding them shows you where being flexible saves money and where spending more is worth it.
Each estimate is an all-inclusive quote with every cost broken out, and nothing hidden is added afterward. We give it to you by phone, and you can compare it at your own pace before deciding.
- Aircraft size
- Turboprops have a lower hourly rate than heavy jets, with light jets in the middle. Passengers, bags and distance decide which one fits.
- Flight time and routing
- The price tracks time in the air, including any flying needed to reach your departure. On longer routes, headwinds and fuel stops add time.
- Overnights and crew
- Keeping the crew with you on a multi-day trip adds overnight costs. Booking two separate one-way legs is sometimes cheaper, and we will price both.
- Airports and FBO fees
- Each airport and FBO sets its own landing, parking and handling fees. Popular destinations over holiday weekends usually run higher.
- Season and timing
- Cold central Indiana mornings can call for de-icing, and busy travel dates leave fewer aircraft open. Booking early gives you more to pick from.
- Cabin requests
- Catering, ground transport and WiFi each show up as a separate line in your quote, so you can see what each adds.
How a Trip Goes, Start to Finish
Nearly every booking runs the same way. A last-minute flight just moves through these steps faster.
- 1
Tell us the trip
A quick phone call covers your dates, where you leave from and where you are going, who is flying, bags and any pets. That is usually all we need.
- 2
Review your quote
You get aircraft choices, each with an all-inclusive quote broken into separate lines. We flag where switching aircraft or taking an empty leg could change the cost.
- 3
Confirm and prepare
After you pick, we lock in the aircraft, FBO, catering and ground transport. Ahead of the flight you get the essentials: where to go, what time, and whose name to give.
- 4
Fly
Show up a little before departure, walk through the FBO and step aboard. No terminal crowds and no gate switches.
- 5
We check back
After landing, we reach out to hear about the trip and write down anything to do differently. If a line on the final invoice looks unfamiliar, we go through it with you next to the quote.

A Charter Company That Stays in Touch
Private Jet Charter Fishers arranges on-demand private flights for business travelers, families and leisure groups across the north side of Indianapolis. We work from our office and by phone or video, so planning fits around your schedule rather than the other way round.
We set ourselves up without the usual programs that lock travelers in. There are no prepaid hours, no long-term commitments and no round trip pricing for one-way travel. You call when you need a flight, and you pay for that flight.
What we care about most happens after the wheels touch down. A short follow-up call tells us what worked and what to adjust, and over a few trips that turns into a booking process that feels quiet and familiar.
Questions Travelers Ask Us
Something not covered here? (317) 779-1769
Do I have to join a program or buy hours in advance?
No. We have no memberships, no prepaid hours and no long-term commitments. You call when you need to fly, we price that trip and you pay only for it.
What is covered in an all-inclusive quote?
Aircraft, crew, fuel, federal taxes and the airport and FBO fees we can see in advance, each listed separately. Extras like catering and ground transport get their own lines, so nothing is tucked into the total, and no hidden charges come later.
How is a one-way trip priced point to point?
You pay only for the legs you fly. If you head out now and return days later, or never fly back with us, there is no round trip pricing for a parked aircraft. When holding the crew overnight would cost less than a separate return, we show you both.
What if the aircraft has a mechanical issue?
Mechanical insurance covers up to 100% of a replacement flight. If your aircraft is grounded, we find another so your trip continues, and we keep you updated by phone.
Can I book at the last minute?
Yes. We answer the phone 24/7 and handle short-notice trips all the time. Options depend on the aircraft and crews nearby, so the sooner you call, the more you can choose from.
Is my dog allowed on the flight?
Yes, pets are allowed. Tell us how many and their size, and we will check the aircraft and cabin layout before departure.
Can I get WiFi in the air?
When you need to stay online, we can book WiFi equipped aircraft. Mention it on the call and it becomes part of how we choose your aircraft.
What is an empty leg flight?
It is a one-way flight an aircraft must make to reach its next job. Because it flies either way, a seat on board can cost far less. The catch is a less flexible time and route, which our Empty Leg Flights page explains.
What We Do Beyond the Booking
Reserving the aircraft is just the start. We stay involved from your first call until you are back on the ground, and we keep notes that make the next trip simpler.
A check-in once you land
Shortly after you get back, we contact you about the flight. Did the cabin suit your group, was ground transport on time, did the catering match your order? Your answers go right into your travel file.
Your preferences kept on record
Seat choices, food notes, a favorite FBO, how big your dog's carrier is. We record it one time so you never have to say it again.
Quotes that list everything
Every quote is all-inclusive and broken out line by line: aircraft, crew, fuel, taxes and fees we can see ahead of time. If the trip changes, we explain what that does to the cost before anything is charged.
Point to point, never round trip
A one-way flight to Florida with a return weeks later should not include paying for a parked aircraft. Each leg is priced separately, so a one-way plan never carries round trip pricing.
Comfort details handled
Pets can fly with you, and WiFi equipped aircraft are available if you need to work on the way. Let us know what matters in the cabin and we choose the aircraft around it.
Plan Your Next Flight With Us
Tell us where you are going and who is flying, and we will put together an all-inclusive quote with every cost listed. Once you are home, we will be in touch to hear how it went.
